FOUNDER
Saltline Studios
A private charter Pilates experience on the water in Miami, built for birthdays, bachelorettes, and private events. I took it from a pitch-class idea to a registered LLC with live pricing, partners, and a booking website.
- Secured partnerships with 3 Miami charter operators after reaching out to 50+
- Built the brand, website, and pricing model from scratch
- Recruited certified instructors and built a standardized pay structure
- Secured liability coverage and drafted booking, deposit, and vendor contracts

WeatherSmart
An AI-powered weather planning app that syncs with your calendar and recommends what to wear for each event based on the real-time forecast. I led the user research and product direction while working with computer science students to build the prototype.
- Ran surveys and user interviews to find what existing weather apps miss
- Partnered with CS students to build a working prototype in Python and Google Colab, using the Open-Meteo API and AI to generate outfit recommendations
- Tested the prototype with users and turned their feedback into a v2 roadmap
- Explored brand partnerships for sponsored, weather-relevant product suggestions
